俗话说:“磨刀不误砍柴工”。在我们建材生产中,许多工矿企业在安排生产的同时,注意认真地安排机械设备、窑、炉的维修计划,使其经常处于良好状态,以利生产的持续增长和产品质量的提高。这就是一种“磨刀”与“砍柴”的关系。可是,还有一种“磨刀”的工作却为某些人所忽视,即提高职工素质。有人说:“现在生产很忙,哪有时间搞培训。”“职工培训是‘远水’,救不了生产这个‘近火’”。有的甚至说:“咱们成天和石头、黄土,水泥打交道,培训不培训没有多大意思。”事实果真如此吗?
As the saying goes: “The sharp knife does not cut the firewood.” In our production of building materials, many industrial and mining companies pay attention to meticulously arranging maintenance plans for machinery and equipment, kilns, and furnaces while arranging production, so that they are often in good condition to facilitate the continuous growth of production and the improvement of product quality. This is the relationship between “sharpening” and “cutting firewood.” However, there is still a kind of “sharpening” work that has been neglected by some people, that is, improving the quality of workers. Some people said: “Now the production is very busy. When can we have time to carry out training?” “Employee training is ‘distant water’, and the production of this “near fire” cannot be saved.” Some even said: “We have to deal with stone, loess, and cement throughout the day. It doesn’t make much sense to train for training.” Is that really the case?
