我厂大型捷克进口W250HC铣镗床采用静压导轨,滑座与导轨在压力油膜为0.02~0.03mm间隙上浮起,因不产生摩擦,运行平稳,数显表显示一直稳定。1995年1月,机床在运行时,X轴向移动中数显表突然出现跳动,在滑座移动时跳动显示值为0.30~0.40mm,导轨产生爬行。我们检查静压液压系统均无问题,最后分析可能是床身导轨水平几何精度发生了变
