为阐述稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)磷酸甘露糖基转移酶PMT基因的结构特征及可能的生物学功能,采用序列比对分析方法,明确了稻瘟病菌PMT蛋白家族成员在氨基酸水平的保守性。研究发现它们与来自灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)、粗糙脉孢霉菌(Neurospora crassa)、玉米赤霉(Gibberella zeae)及构巢曲霉(Aspergillus nidulans)等丝状真菌的PMT蛋白高度同源;进一步生物信息学分析表明,稻瘟病菌PMT蛋白不含有信号肽,为非分泌蛋白,含有跨膜结构域,作用于内质网膜上,具有保守的PMT motif和MIR motif。研究结果可为进一步阐明PMT蛋白在稻瘟病菌生长发育及致病过程中的作用机理奠定基础。
In order to elucidate the structural characteristics and possible biological functions of the PMT gene of Magnaporthe oryzae, sequence alignment analysis was used to confirm the conservation of the PMT protein family members of the Magnaporthe oryzae at the amino acid level. They were found to be highly homologous to PMT proteins from filamentous fungi such as Botrytis cinerea, Neurospora crassa, Gibberella zeae and Aspergillus nidulans; further organisms The informatics analysis showed that the PMT protein of Magnaporthe grisea contains no signal peptide and is a non-secretory protein, containing a transmembrane domain and acting on the endoplasmic reticulum membrane with conserved PMT motif and MIR motif. The results may lay a foundation for further elucidating the mechanism of action of PMT protein in the growth and pathogenicity of Magnaporthe grisea.
