随时网络时代的到来,信息化进程的加快,教育方式也在不断地发展。小学时期由于其阶段的特殊性,学生的德育管理开始逐渐为大众所重视。小学作为学习的基础时期是非常重要的,这个时期,学生的行为以及性格等各方面正在形成,极易受到外界的影响发生偏差,因此,对新时代背景下小学时期德育管理的研究是非常有必要的。在进行小学德育管理研究时,先阐述新时代教育背景下小学德育管理的重要性,接下来通过阅读大量的文献资料并结合实际分析了小学时期德育管理中出现的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的策略,为新时代背景下小学德育管理的研究提供参考。
At any time of the advent of the Internet era, the process of informationization has accelerated and the mode of education has been constantly developing. Due to the particularity of its stage in primary school, students’ moral education began to pay more attention to the public. Elementary school as the basic period of study is very important. During this period, students’ behavior and personality are forming and vulnerable to external influences.
