目的:了解我国药品说明书“药代动力学”项的现状,为药品说明书质量的完善与提高提供参考。方法:收集我院临床在用药品说明书507份,对其“药代动力学”项的表述情况进行分类汇总,并对典型问题加以分析。结果:我国药品说明书“药代动力学”项普遍简单,缺乏统一标准,部分说明书存在原则错误,不能指导临床合理用药。结论:应多方协作,深入开展我国药品“药代动力学”的研究,提高药品说明书的临床合理用药指导作用。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status quo of “Pharmacokinetics” in our drug specification and to provide reference for the improvement and improvement of the quality of the drug specification. Methods: We collected 507 clinical drug prescriptions in our hospital, classified and summarized their “Pharmacokinetics” items, and analyzed typical problems. Results: Our drug manual “Pharmacokinetics ” is generally simple, the lack of uniform standards, part of the manual there is the principle of error, can not guide the clinical rational use of drugs. CONCLUSION: We should make concerted efforts to carry out researches on pharmaceutical “Pharmacokinetics” in our country and improve the clinical medication guidance function of drug specification.
