(本刊讯)新安江水电厂建厂时,绝大多数干部不熟悉电厂生产,许多干部没有看到过72,500瓩的水轮发电机。为了使干部尽快熟悉生产,提高管理水平和领导生产的水平,他们从今年9月1日开始,组织全厂科长、支部书记、主任以上领导干部实行上午办公、下午劳动的制度。并且对干部参加劳动提出了“五结合”的要求,即劳动要与改造思想、联系群众、学习技术、改进工作、加强管理相结合。实行干部半日劳动的制度
