本文从职业院校对学生培养的目的出发,为了提高学生的职业素养,在学生的日常学习、生活和工作中,通过各种途径和方法,将企业的经营理念、企业精神、价值观念、行为准则、道德规范和企业成员对企业的责任感、荣誉感等要素灌输给学生,以使学生在校期间就能具备良好的职业素养,从而为学生就业及适应企业、融入企业做好充分准备。所有这些都需要当前职业教育管理体制改革,建立校企之间的互动机制、学校内部管理体制的制度安排、职教教师管理的制度安排。而之所以要从政府与学校管理体制、校企之间的互动机制、学校内部管理体制、职教教师管理体制四个部分进行改革,是因为职业教育的发展只依靠政府的推动是不够的,它需要社会各个力量的积极参与。
In order to improve the students ’professional accomplishment, this article starts from the purpose of cultivating students in vocational colleges.
