随着经济的发展,煤炭企业面临的压力越来越大,要更好地适应市场竞争的需要,必须通过加快信息化进程来提高煤炭企业竞争力和管理水平。煤炭企业财务管理所涉及的供、产、销、人、财、物等要素,是维系煤炭企业生死存亡的重要资源和关键环节,应重点加以管理和控制。在煤炭企业信息化的条件下,财务管理必然面临新的挑战。
With economic development, the pressure on coal enterprises is more and more large. To meet the needs of market competition better, we must improve the competitiveness and management level of coal enterprises by speeding up the process of informationization. The elements of supply, production, sales, people, finance and material involved in the financial management of coal enterprises are important resources and key links that maintain the survival and development of the coal enterprises and should be emphatically managed and controlled. Under the condition of informationization of coal enterprises, financial management will inevitably face new challenges.
