大质数斜齿轮的加工是机械加工中经常碰到的问题,目前出版的各类资料和手册中给出的差动挂轮公式不统一,给现场生产带来了疑难。本文就有关资料中出现的两种基本公式进行粗浅的探讨,提出了自己的一点看法,以便引起讨论。在滚切大质数斜齿轮(Z>100)计算挂轮时,其分齿挂轮和垂直走刀挂轮的计算公式是: 对于分齿链有对于垂直走刀链有式中:C为分齿常数,G为垂直走刀常数(C·G因机床而异)。K为滚刀头数,S_垂为实际的精确的垂直走刀具。 Z’=Z±△Z 为实际挂轮齿数 Z为工件齿数,±△Z为小于1的任意分数。但差动挂轮目前却有两种计算公式:
Machining large helical gears is often encountered in machining problems, the current publication of various types of data and manuals given in the differential wheel formula is not uniform, bringing on-site production problems. In this paper, the two basic formulas appearing in the relevant data are discussed in a shallow way and some opinions are put forward in order to arouse discussion.
