36只Wistar雌性成年大鼠随机分为单用内毒素、单用头孢唑肟及头孢唑肟+内毒素和对照组。分别于腹腔内一次性注入后1h处死动物,结果示各处死组血BUN,Scr和肾酶组织化学与对照组比较差异不显著。光镜下可见其病理改变,尤以头孢唑肟+内毒素组为重,并有血和肾组织匀浆中TXB_2/6—keto—PGF_(1α)比值增大,提示头孢唑肟与内毒素两因素叠加时可增加肾毒性,但其改变早期不能以酶组化和BUN,Scr所显示,确以TXB_2/6—keto—PGF_(1α)的改变敏感而可靠。
Thirty-six Wistar female adult rats were randomly divided into single endotoxin, ceftizoxime alone and ceftizoxime + endotoxin and control group. Animals were sacrificed 1h after intraperitoneal injection, respectively. The results showed that there was no significant difference in BUN, Scr and renal enzyme histochemistry between the sacrificed group and the control group. The change of TXB2 / 6-keto-PGF1 (1α) ratio in blood and kidney homogenate was observed under light microscope, especially ceftizoxime + endotoxin group, suggesting that ceftizoxime and endotoxin Nephrotoxicity can be increased when the two factors are superposed. However, the alteration of TXB_2 / 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) is not sensitive to the alteration of TXB_2 / 6-keto-PGF_ (1α)
