目的:2005年至2008年对4株疑似O139群霍乱弧菌进行系统的分离鉴定。方法:依据检验标准,对样本进行分离培养、血清学试验、系统生化鉴定(VITEK32)、PCR检测其分型及毒素基因等鉴定。结果:该4株菌为维罗纳气单胞菌温和生物变种,与O139群霍乱弧菌诊断血清有交叉凝集;且其中一株还与大肠埃希菌O157诊断血清有交叉凝集。结论:该4株菌是与O139群霍乱弧菌血清发生交叉凝集的维罗纳气单胞菌温和生物变种(Aeromonas veronii biovar sobria);为避免实验结果出现假阳性,必须进行系统化鉴定,以确保菌株鉴定的准确性。特别是在处理霍乱疫情时病原菌的正确鉴定可为控制疫情提供科学依据。
Objective: From 2005 to 2008, four strains of Vibrio cholerae O139 were systematically isolated and identified. Methods: According to the test standard, the samples were isolated and cultured, serological tests, biochemical identification (VITEK32), PCR detection of the type and toxin gene identification. Results: The four strains were mild strains of Aeromonas aeruginosa, cross-aggregated with the serogroups diagnosed by Vibrio cholerae O139 strains, and one of them also cross-aggregated with the serum of Escherichia coli O157. Conclusion: The four strains are Aeromonas veronii biovar sobria cross-agglutinated with Vibrio cholerae serogroup O139. In order to avoid false positive results, we must systematically identify Ensure the accuracy of strain identification. In particular, the correct identification of pathogenic bacteria in the treatment of cholera outbreaks can provide a scientific basis for controlling the epidemic.
