Documentary films produced in the 1980s often show the dilemma of lacking dynamic historical images and the emergence of “true reproduction”, which makes up for the lack of historical imagery in the process of creation, making the narrative more fluid and enhancing the ornamental . At the same time it also brought many problems, intense criticism and attack ensued. However, no matter how enthusiastic the academic circles are in this debate, it is an indisputable fact that such a strategy can be used to start a prairie fire. With the marketization of TV programs and the increasingly clear commercialization trend, the application of this technique is also on the rise and is especially used in documentaries.
