古人说:“非成业难,得贤难;非得贤难,用之难;非用之难,任之难。”这也正是我国高校图书馆用人现状的写照。从大馆到小馆,从新馆到旧馆,都程度不同地存在着以下问题:(1)人员数量不足;(2)人员素质不高;(3)人才群体结构不合理。这样,大部分图书馆便都不约而同地提出了要数量足素质较高的人才,并使其形成合理的结构。
The ancients said: “Non-industrial hardships have Yin Xian; Yin Xian Yin, difficult to use; difficult to use, any hardship.” This is exactly the status of employment of college libraries in China portrayal. From the big hall to the small hall, from the new hall to the old hall, the following problems exist in different degrees: (1) the number of personnel is insufficient; (2) the quality of personnel is not high; (3) the structure of talent group is unreasonable. In this way, most libraries have invariably proposed that a large number of qualified personnel be qualified and form a reasonable structure.
