小白菜是本地夏秋季主栽绿叶菜,位居蔬菜之首。原当家品种“矮抗青”,种性退化严重,产量不高不稳。为此,我们于1994年开始先后从外地引进夏季小白菜新品种,进行引种试验和栽培实践,从中筛选出适合夏季栽培的耐热小白菜良种“早熟5号”,并总结出“早熟5号”小白菜夏季高效栽培技术,取得了明显的经济、社会效益。
