目的:考察月桂氮酮对丙嗪透皮作用的影响。方法:应用简单小室法,以蛇皮为透皮屏障,使用不同浓度的月桂氮酮,测量丙嗪的透皮吸收量。结果:含0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,3.0%月桂氮酮的丙嗪擦剂与不含月桂氮酮的丙嗪擦剂间,其透皮吸收有显著性(P<0.05)或极显著性差异(P<0.01),月桂氮酮对丙嗪的透皮吸收促进作用无浓度依赖性。结论:不同浓度的月桂氮酮均能明显促进丙嗪的透皮吸收,其中以含0.5%的月桂氮酮浓度,促丙嗪吸收效果最佳。
Objective: To investigate the effect of azone on the transdermal effects of guanproazine. METHODS: The transdermal absorption of acetamidin was measured using a simple chamber method with snake skin as the transdermal barrier and different concentrations of lauric terpenin. RESULTS: Between 0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0% laurinone ketone, and acetabine liniment containing no laurinone, its transdermal Absorption was significant (P<0.05) or extremely significant difference (P<0.01). Lauderone had no concentration-dependent effect on the transdermal absorption of acetamidin. Conclusion: Different concentrations of laurinone can significantly promote the transdermal absorption of acetamidin. The concentration of laurinone with 0.5% laurinone can promote the absorption of priazine.
