Before Liberation Before the liberation, the educational systems of Eastern European countries, like the general capitalist countries, were dual track. Working children can only be subjected to incomplete compulsory education. Some are able to complete compulsory education, but very few can go to high school. Some are out of school; others can only be trained in low-level skills and unskilled skilled workers in capitalists. Almost all secondary schools were exclusively occupied by landlords and bourgeois children. Before World War II, only about four ten thousandths of worker-peasant students in Hungarian secondary schools were one example.
