细胞化学和免疫细胞化学染色的应用,使急性白血病亚型的分型有了很大进展,但是,在应用了常规细胞化学染色如过氧化物酶染色、苏丹黑B染色、非特异性酯酶染色和一些免疫细胞化学染色如OKMl(髓细胞标记)、核末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶(TdT,淋巴细胞标记)、GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a(巨核细胞标记)之后,一些急性白血病仍然不能分型。本文作者用红白血病细胞OCI-MIR Ag免疫BALB/C小鼠建立了单克隆抗体RC-82.4。为了应用RC-82.4研究骨髓涂片,作者建立一种免疫细胞化学染色法,并对抗体特性,与正常细胞的反应,抗体敏感性和特异性进行了试验研究。结果:(1)RC-82.4单克隆抗体届IgGl。(2)该抗体与正常原始红细胞、幼稚红细胞和一些网
