社区图书馆是向当地人民群众在传播知识、传递信息、开发智力和培养人才等方面提供书刊借阅和阅读指导服务的社会公益性服务机构。本文作者结合当地社区图书馆现状,对加快社区图书馆建设的必要性进行充分阐述,并对当前加快社区图书馆建设存在的困难和问题进行分析,在此基础上从如何转变观念,加快公共图书馆立法等五个方面提出加快社区图书馆建设的对策和建议。
The community library is a social welfare service that provides books and periodicals reading and reading guidance services to local people in spreading knowledge, delivering information, developing intelligence and training talents. Based on the current situation of local community libraries, the author fully elaborates the necessity of speeding up the construction of community libraries and analyzes the current difficulties and problems in the construction of community libraries.
