本文采用正交实验，确定在选用同类乳化剂情况下，影响乳液聚合过程稳定性的最主要因素是乳化剂的用量，并从理论上探讨了适当的乳化剂用量可使乳液聚合过程最稳定。最后，从乳胶粒平均位径的测定结果进一步验证了上述理论．
In this paper, the orthogonal experiment was used to determine the most important factor affecting the stability of the emulsion polymerization process when using the same type of emulsifier. The amount of emulsifier is the most important factor in the emulsion polymerization process. Finally, the above theory is further verified by the measurement of the average particle size of the latex particles.
