在伏尔加格勒拖拉机制造厂内,使用 Y3M-10型三相超声波装置来强化电解镀锌过程和改善镀层质量。超声波振动是由三个磁致伸缩变幅杆传递结电解液。这些变幅杆直接装在充满酸性镀锌电解液的不绣钢槽内。使用的电解液是200~250克/升的硫酸锌,25~35克/升的硫酸铝,50~80克/升的硫酸钠。电解液酸度 pH 是3.6~4.60,槽的容积为50升。用锌板做阳极,钢棒作阴极,并比较了超声波振动和未经超声波振动的试验结果。所用电流密度为1~3安/分米~2。
In the Volgograd tractor factory, the Y3M-10 three-phase ultrasonic device is used to enhance the electrolytic galvanizing process and to improve the coating quality. Ultrasonic vibration is delivered by three magnetostrictive horn junction electrolyte. These horns are mounted directly in a stainless steel tank filled with acid zinc plating electrolyte.
