目的分析雅安市2010年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生特点,评估AEFI监测系统运行情况。方法通过全国AEFI监测系统和免疫规划信息管理系统,收集全市AEFI个案数据和接种数据,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果 2010年报告59例AEFI,一般反应占84.75%,异常反应占13.56%,偶合症占1.69%。男女比例为0.90∶1。年龄构成为0岁组22.03%、1岁组28.81%、2岁组13.56%、3岁组16.95%、4岁组6.78%、5岁组1.69%、6岁组3.38%、7岁组及以上6.78%。全市8区县均有AEFI报告,其中3县报告数占88.14%。及时报告率为98.31%,及时调查率为100%,个案完整率为100%,3日内调查表报告率为78.57%。结论 2010年雅安市AEFI主要为一般反应,大部分报告集中在少数县,监测系统敏感性和监测质量有待提高。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of suspected AEFI in Ya’an in 2010 and evaluate the operation of AEFI monitoring system. Methods Through the national AEFI monitoring system and immune planning information management system, the city’s AEFI case data and vaccination data were collected, and descriptive methods were used for epidemiological analysis. Results AEFI was reported in 59 cases in 2010, with 84.75% of the general reactions, 13.56% of the abnormal reactions, and 1.69% of the complications. The male-female ratio is 0.90: 1. The age was 22.03% in the 0-year-old group, 28.81% in the 1-year-old group, 13.56% in the 2-year old group, 16.95% in the 3-year-old group, 6.78% in the 4-year old group, 1.69% in the 5-year old group, 3.38% 6.78%. The city’s eight districts and counties have AEFI report, of which three counties reported 88.14%. The timely reporting rate was 98.31%, the timely investigation rate was 100%, the case complete rate was 100%, and the survey report rate within 3 days was 78.57%. Conclusion The AEFI in Ya’an in 2010 is mainly a general response. Most of the reports are concentrated in a few counties. The sensitivity of the monitoring system and the quality of monitoring needs to be improved.
