为解决因大化水电站水库蓄水顶托造成库区大调及达悟片泄洪地下通道每年汛期的内涝问题,水利部移民局与广西壮族自治区移民局决定自1998年开始建设大调排涝工程该移民工程管理中,加强了对勘测设计、监理、施工单位资质的审查;坚持干什么工程用什么定额;规范施工合同的内容;加强对施工方案的审查;完善现场签证;健全工程资料的收集整理及交接制度;试行工程项目全过程审计。工程已于1999年2月竣工验收并交付使用,工程实际结算投资较合同金额有较大减少。
