本专利介绍一种不能进行铝钎焊或难于焊接的热管连接方法。以前,对难于钎焊的铝热管在现场连接时,为了保证连接部位的可靠,尽量避免采用法兰连接。图1所示方法是把一根铝热管11的一端扩粗,把另一根热管11′的一端插入,以此进行连接。然后再用电弧焊接机焊接,形成接点12,或用一个套管套在连接部位,再进行电弧焊。但是,在现场进行电弧焊时,需要使用与在工厂使用的相同焊接机。这是一种电源电压最大为200伏,容量为70千伏安(200安)的大型电
