李克农,1899年9月生,安徽省巢县人。1928年,他和周恩来等同志,成功地挫败了敌人妄图破坏在上海党中央领导机关的阴谋。后任中共中央联络局局长,在争取张学良将军抗日、以及和平解决西安事变的问题上,他都在党中央的领导下,作出了出色的贡献。在抗日战争时期,他先后担任八路军、新四军驻上海、南京、桂林等地办事处处长、中共中央社会部副部长等职。解放战争时期,出任中共中央社会部部长,国共谈判时,任军调处执行部中共代表团秘书长。建国后出任外交部第一副部长兼军委情报部长。
Li Kenon, born in September 1899 in Chao County, Anhui Province. In 1928, Comrade Zhou Enlai and others succeeded in defeating the enemy’s attempt to sabotage the plot of the leading organ in Shanghai’s party Central Committee.
