2007年5月至6月,河北省政研会、石家庄社科院课题组就“新时期河北人文精神的培育方式与弘扬途径”进行了专题调研。这次调研以市、县两级地方党委为主要对象,先后深入到河北省沧州、邢台、廊坊、石家庄四个设区市,召开了由当地市委宣传部主要领导及市直有关部门负责同志参加的4个座谈会。他们还对河北省5个设区市350名县处级干部进行问卷调查,并重点访谈了有关省、市领导。
May 2007 to June, Hebei Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Shijiazhuang Academy of Social Sciences Task Force on “new era of humanistic culture in Hebei cultivation methods and carry out” a special investigation. The survey, with local party committees at the municipal and county levels as the main targets, went deep into four districts and cities set up in Cangzhou, Xingtai, Langfang and Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province, and attended by leaders in charge of the Propaganda Department of the municipal Party Committee and departments in charge of the municipal departments directly under the Central Government 4 forums. They also conducted a questionnaire survey of 350 county-level cadres in five districts and cities in Hebei Province and interviewed key leaders of relevant provinces and municipalities.
