跨境电子商务迅猛发展,为地方院校外语类人才培养开辟新的途径。宜春学院2013以来,积极转型发展,积极开展外语类学生跨境电子商务实践活动,取得一定成效,也存在诸多问题。所以本文提出地方院校转型发展过程中跨境电商人才培养的思路有三:一是加快建立符合行业实际需要的人才培养专业课程;二是建立项目团队式导师制培养模式;三是开发建立智库模式引导学生创业路径。
The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has opened up new avenues for the cultivation of foreign language talents in local institutions. Since 2013, Yichun College has been actively transforming and developing. It has actively carried out cross-border e-commerce practice activities for foreign language students and achieved certain results. There are also many problems. Therefore, this paper puts forward three ideas for the development of cross-border electricity merchants in the transformation and development of local colleges and universities. First, accelerate the establishment of professional training courses that meet the actual needs of the industry; second, establish a training mode for project team-based mentoring; and third, develop and establish think tanks. The model guides the student’s entrepreneurial path.
