《中华人民共和国继承法》第二章共七条对法定继承进行规定,但现今社会体制的变化,经济的发展带来了家庭结构的改变,使得继承也发生变化。现行《继承法》在法定继承方面应当进行发展和完善。在法定继承人范围和法定继承顺序方面做出适当调整,以保持与我国社会共同发展,进一步保护公民的合法权益。
Chapter Two of the “Inheritance Law of the People’s Republic of China” stipulates a total of seven articles on statutory succession. However, the changes in the social system and the economic development brought about by the current economic development have brought about changes in the family structure so that inheritance also changes. The current “Succession Law” should be developed and improved in terms of legal succession. Make appropriate adjustments in the scope of statutory heirs and the order of legal succession in order to maintain common development with our society and further protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.
