运动负荷试验是诊断冠心病的一种重要方法。特别是近年来以心肌耗氧为基础的分级运动试验的开展,更提高了对冠心病的诊断率。众所周知,运动负荷试验的价值是由表明冠状动脉病变存在的ST段压低的程度所决定的。
