为了进一步研究转子系统的运动行为,针对具有柔性支承的立式高速离心机,通过实验测得轴承副的横向连接刚度。在离心机转子支承系统的运动微分方程中引入有限的轴承副横向连接刚度值,计算了其对离心机稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:横向连接刚度为有限值会导致转子系统低频进动周期变长、衰减系数下降,从而使得离心机的稳定性下降,这种变化随着转子转速的增加而明显。横向连接刚度的研究对于更加精确地描述转子系统的运动和实际运行稳定性的评估都有重要的意义。
In order to further study the motion behavior of the rotor system, for the vertical high-speed centrifuge with flexible support, the lateral connection stiffness of the bearing pair is measured experimentally. In the motion differential equation of centrifuge rotor support system, the finite bearing lateral connection stiffness is introduced and its influence on the stability of the centrifuge is calculated. The results show that the limit value of the transverse connection stiffness leads to a long period of low frequency precession and decay coefficient of the rotor system, which decreases the stability of the centrifuge. This change is obvious with the increase of rotor speed. The research on the transverse connection stiffness is of great significance to describe the rotor system’s movement and the actual operation stability more accurately.
