OBJECTIVE: Continuous hypoxia induces coronary artery spasm through activation of PI3K / Akt / Rho kinase signaling pathway. Increased plasma concentration of homocysteine (Hcy) is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease. This study was designed to investigate whether Hcy Effects on Hypoxia-induced Porcine Coronary Spasm and Its Possible Mechanism.
