蠕铁具有接近于球铁的强度、刚性,又有和灰铁相似的铸造性能和良好的导热性。它己日趋为人们所重视。本文扼要介绍了在冲天炉生产条件下获得蠕铁的新工艺——包底引爆。以稀土合金为主,辅加少量稀工镁合金引爆。使之自行沸腾,解脱了合金颗粒的表面吸附物。它具有吸收稳定、渣量少和易扒除等特点。本工艺经一年多的试验和生产验证,初步展望了冲天炉生产条件下利用我国丰富的稀士资源生产蠕铁的广阔前景。
Vermicular iron has the strength and rigidity close to that of ductile iron, and has the similar castability and good thermal conductivity as gray iron. It has become increasingly valued by people. This article briefly introduces the new technology of obtaining vermicular iron in cupola production - primer detonation. Rare earth alloy-based, supplemented by a small amount of dilute magnesium alloy detonation. So that self-boiling, the release of the surface of the alloy particles adsorbate. It has the characteristics of stable absorption, less slag and easy removal. After more than one year’s trial and production verification, this process has forecasted broad prospects for the production of vermicular iron using abundant scarce resources of China under cupola production conditions.
