南方稻区在水稻收获后,除种绿肥外,尚有大量冬闲田,若能利用来栽培食用菌,则既可充分利用土地和劳力,增加经济收入,又可增加土壤有机质。为此,我们于1983—1986年进行了用稻草在冬闲田栽培平菇的研究,取得了初步的成果。现将有关技术报告如下。一、品种选择 冬季露地栽培平菇,必须选择抗寒性强,生活力好,产量高的品种。引进凤尾菇、佛罗里达、平四、平五等品种进行试种。除凤尾菇外,其余四种均获高产。
