以地震为代表的自然灾害对灾区经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高造成重创。如何尽快实现灾后经济重建,恢复灾区人民的生活质量,实现灾区经济又好又快发展成为当务之急。产业经济学对于促进产业结构的调整和经济的发展、正确制定产业政策、促进产业的合理布局具有重要意义。本文以雅安为例,依托雅安地震灾区发展的新兴产业集群模式及产业结构调整,归纳整理出适宜的灾后产业重构机制,以期为今后的灾后重建工作提供参考。
Natural disasters represented by earthquakes have hit hard for the economic development in disaster areas and the improvement of people’s living standard. How to realize post-disaster economic reconstruction as soon as possible and restore the quality of life of people in disaster-stricken areas so as to realize the sound and rapid economic development in the disaster-hit areas has become a top priority. Industrial economics plays an important role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and economic development, correctly formulating industrial policies and promoting the rational distribution of industries. This paper, taking Ya’an as an example, relies on the emerging industry clusters and the adjustment of industrial structure in Ya’an earthquake-stricken areas to summarize the appropriate post-disaster industrial restructuring mechanism so as to provide reference for future reconstruction work.
