根据新课程标准的理念,培养学生学习的自主性,彰显学生的个性,已经成为广大教师的共识.但在具体教学实践中,如何真正激发学生学习的自主性,体现学生在学习过程中的主人翁精神,许多教师都有困惑.造成这种现象的原因主要是:一方面,初中生自主意识已经萌芽并迅速发展,对于教学内容出现选择性接收,刻板的教学容易让学生排斥,形成教学效果不佳的结果;另一方面,初中生迅速膨胀的自我意识往往具有盲目性,他们还缺乏辨识能力,过多地将课堂交付给他们,无法保证教学效果,甚至会出现教学局面失控.
