文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查及访谈法,对高校高水平武术运动队教练员专业素质构成因素进行了分析研究。其专业素质的构成主要包括:教练员的专业能力结构、知识能力结构、非智力因素所组成的一个复合结构。高校高水平武术教练员专业素质的提高与完善,对高校武术运动成绩的提高起着极其重要的作用。
By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and interview, this article analyzes and studies the factors of the professional quality of coaches in high level Wushu sports teams in colleges and universities. The composition of its professional quality mainly includes: coaches professional ability structure, knowledge ability structure, non-intellectual factors composed of a composite structure. The improvement and improvement of professional quality of high level Wushu coaches in colleges and universities play an extremely important role in improving the performance of martial arts in colleges and universities.
