高职院校致力于培养拥有高技术技能的高效人才,对国家发展社会进步起到重要作用。为了帮助高职院校健康快速发展,必须做好高职院校学生管理工作。本文通过对目前我国大部分高职院校学生管理存在的问题进行分析研究,提出了新形势下高职院校进行学生管理工作的创新措施。
Vocational colleges are committed to cultivating highly skilled personnel with high-tech skills and play an important role in the development of the country’s society. In order to help the higher vocational colleges develop healthily and rapidly, it is necessary to do a good job of student management in higher vocational colleges. This article analyzes and studies the existing problems in the management of most vocational colleges in our country and puts forward some innovative measures to manage the students in higher vocational colleges in the new situation.
