本文采用改良的Kagan氏培养基和血琼脂平板从324例临床上诊断为败血症患者的血液中检出细菌的L型74例(22.83%)。其菌落、革兰氏染色及细胞壁染色均符合细菌L型的特征。以金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌的L型最多见。在74例细菌L型阳性标本中,同时检出细菌型29株(8.95%),其余45例仅分离出细菌L型。细菌L型培养及药物敏感试验有助于提高病源菌的检出率和细菌L型败血症的治疗。
In this paper, 74 cases (22.83%) of L-type bacteria were detected in the blood of 324 clinically diagnosed sepsis patients using modified Kagan’s medium and blood agar plates. The colony, Gram stain and cell wall staining are in line with the characteristics of bacterial L-type. Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis L-type most common. Among 74 bacterial L-positive samples, 29 bacterial strains (8.95%) were detected at the same time, and only 45 bacterial L-forms were isolated. Bacterial L-type culture and drug sensitivity test will help to increase the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria and the treatment of bacterial L-type sepsis.
