研究 1-乙酰基佛司可林 (1-aF)混悬滴眼液对清醒兔及人眼内压 (IOP)的影响及相关副作用 .将 1-aF配制成 1%混悬滴眼液 ,一侧眼滴 1-aF ,另一侧眼滴溶媒对照 ,用气动式非接触眼压计测IOP ,并观察药物的副作用 .结果 :1% 1-aF滴眼液滴眼给药后 ,显著降低兔IOP ,最大至 0 2 9kPa ,作用持续约 3h ;但对自愿受试者给药后 ,其作用不明显 . 1-aF对兔及人基本没有眼局部刺激反应 .结果表明 :1-aF能降低正常兔IOP ,但对正常人IOP作用不明显 ,基本没有眼局部刺激反应 .
To investigate the effects of 1-aF-co-suspension (1-aF) suspension on conscious rabbit and intraocular pressure (IOP) and its related side effects.Methods1-aF was formulated as 1% suspension eye drops, Eye drop 1-aF on one side and ophthalmic solution on the other side, IOP was measured by pneumatic non-contact intraocular pressure (IOP), and the side effects were observed.Results: After 1% 1-aF eye drops were administered, 1-aF reduced rabbit IOP, up to 0 2 9kPa, the effect lasted for about 3h; however, the effect was not obvious when administered to volunteer subjects.1-aF showed no eye irritation in rabbits and humans. The results showed that 1-aF Can reduce the normal rabbit IOP, but the role of normal IOP is not obvious, there is no basic eye irritation.
