应用电子计算机辅助的角膜地形图检测仪对38只轻中度近视眼于放射状角膜切开术(简称RK)后早期(3周至3个月)进行角膜地形图检测,发现RK术后角膜的球面性状发生一定改变(SRI无显著改变而SAI有显著改变);RK术后角膜中央变扁区的基本形态为圆形、哑铃状与带状;RK术后角膜普遍变扁,而手术效应最显著的区域位于距光学中心1.33±0.10mm附近。RK术后角膜地形图的定量分析有助于改进手术设计,正确评估手术质量,提高手术效果预测的精确度和减少手术失误。
