In this study, 18 female basketball players were monitored for estradiol (E2) after high intensity (HR180 ~ 200 beats / min) and moderate intensity (HR120 ~ 160 beats / , Progesterone (P), testosterone (T), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH) in rats. The relationship between exercise capacity and sex hormones was explored. The main results: intensive intensive training subjects serum E2, P levels in follicles, corpus luteum and menstruation were significantly increased; T showed follicles, luteal phase increased, while the menstrual period decreased; FSH only in follicular phase High; LH was not significantly changed in each period. After intensive training, the levels of E2, P, T and FSH increased significantly at all time points, with no significant change in LH. After 24 hours of various hormone levels basically restored to pre-class state. The results suggest that the increase of female hormones during exercise is a self-protective reaction of the body to motor stimulation. The body movement ability of women basket athletes is closely related to the changes of the levels of sex hormones at different phases of menstrual cycle.
