近代热带钢轧机都采用升速轧制制度,旨在保持带钢终轧温度恒定和提高轧机生产率。所有现代带钢轧机都备有加速装置,持有的最高加速度为0.5~1.0米/秒~2(100~200fpm/S),最小加速度为0~0.25米/秒~2(0~50fpm/S)。较小的加速度目前已证实更为有用。为了保持终轧温度恒定,轧机需要采用0.05~0.125米/秒~2(10~25fpm/S)范围的加速度进行
Modern hot-rolling mills are using the system of speed-up rolling, aiming to keep the temperature of the final rolling of the strip constant and improve the mill’s productivity. All modern strip mills are equipped with an acceleration device that holds a maximum acceleration of 0.5 to 1.0 m / s (100 to 200 fpm / s) and a minimum acceleration of 0 to 0.25 m / s to 2 (0 to 50 fpm / s ). Smaller acceleration has now proved more useful. In order to keep the finishing temperature constant, the rolling mill needs to be accelerated with the range of 0.05 ~ 0.125m / s ~ 2 (10 ~ 25fpm / S)
