小组合作学习是指学习者通过小组的形式分工合作,以达到共同进步的目的,它是一种新型教学理念,具有独特的价值与优势,受到教育界的广大关注.但在教学实践中发现小组合作学习仍有一些问题,优生更加主动参与合作过程,积极帮助同组同学解决问题,提高了自身的能力,但差生往往直接运用优生的探究成果,缺乏独立思考,长此以往,优生与差生间的区别越来越大,无法达到整体提高学生探究能力的目的.本文就如何在初中生物课题中运用小组合作学习,作出了以下探索.
