广东台山核电站常规岛主厂房大直径螺栓群预埋于筏板基础大体积混凝土结构中。以某组螺栓群为例,介绍了螺栓安装的工艺流程,测量仪器的选择,钢柱脚定位放线,定位板、钢支架、钢框底座的制作与安装,螺栓群的调校控制等。掌握了其初调、精调、微调的校核工艺及操作要点。调校控制结果表明螺栓群的技术参数质量偏差均满足设计要求。
Large-diameter bolting groups of the conventional island main plant of Taishan Nuclear Power Station in Guangdong are embedded in mass concrete structures of raft foundation. Taking a group of bolt group as an example, this paper introduces the process of bolt installation, the selection of measuring instrument, the positioning of steel column and pin, the positioning plate, the steel support, the manufacture and installation of the steel frame base, the adjustment and control of the bolt group. Mastered the first tone, fine tuning, fine tuning of the check process and operating points. Adjustment control results show that the technical parameters of the bolt group quality deviations meet the design requirements.
