我长期从事小学数学教学工作,在实际工作中积累了一定的教学经验,随着课程改革的深入,我越来越感觉到用现行的一张卷子、一个分数来评价学生的做法是不利于激发学生学习兴趣及创造性的。这种重知识轻能力、重结果轻过程、重教师教轻学生学、重鉴别轻发展的评价方法严重阻碍了课改的顺利推进。因为这种评价,首先,把学生仍放在被考和被评的地位,压制了他们学习的主动性。其次,把学生铸造成只会做试卷的机器,轻视了人生观、价值观和道德品质的形成。第三,用统一的要求来衡量每一个学生,忽视了差异性,缺乏教学的人性化。
