为了更好地贯彻江苏省高新技术产业化工作会议精神,把“科教兴市”战略落到实处,采用高新技术改变姜堰市整体产品结构层次较低、工艺水平不高、适应市场竞争能力不强的弱点,加速实现“两个根本转变”,近几个月来,中共姜堰市委、姜堰市人民政府组织市科委、经委、计委及各工业主管局的同志认真调查研究,制订了《姜堰市高新技术产业化发展“九五”规划》(下简称《规划》)。
