通过对甘肃和四川87所农村小学、初中信息技术资源配置及使用现状的调查,发现其存在诸多问题:各类设备及其维护投入仍然不足,教学用房缺乏,信息技术课程形同虚设,师资缺乏,现有设备利用率低,管理欠科学,师生、家长对信息技术应用的满意度低。提出农村学校教育信息化的突围路径,如通过培训提高教师信息化素养、完善评价体系、规范网络信息管理等。
Through the survey on the allocation and use status of information technology resources in 87 rural elementary schools and junior high schools in Gansu and Sichuan Province, we find that there are many problems such as the shortage of all kinds of equipment and their maintenance, lack of teaching space, lack of IT courses, lack of teachers, Existing equipment utilization is low, management owes science, teachers, students, parents, low satisfaction with the application of information technology. Put forward the break-through path of rural school education information, such as improving teachers’ information literacy through training, perfecting evaluation system and standardizing network information management.
