Leukemia in patients with general immunocompromised, generally believed that this is due to the clonal proliferation of leukemia cells directly infringe immune organs. In recent years, studies have found that not only the serum of leukemia patients and their bone marrow cells have the effect of inhibiting the growth of myeloid hematopoietic cells. To further explore the mechanism of leukemia cells in patients with immune function damage, the use of methylcellulose microculture culture was observed in patients with peripheral blood leukemia cells frozen (PBLCE) on normal peripheral blood T cell colonies (CFU-TL) formation influences.
