目的分析老年糖尿病合并高血压病人的临床预防及保健措施,以为其临床治疗提供有效的数据参考。方法以2013年2月-2014年12月间在本院接受治疗的100例老年糖尿病合并高血压病人为研究对象,按照抛掷硬币方式对其进行随机分组,观察组50例,加强综合性预防和保健。对照组50例,进行常规治疗和保健,比较两组患者的干预效果,研究中涉及的数据资料应用SPSS18.0统计学软件进行分析和处理。结果护理后两组患者的血压、血糖水平均明显下降,与护理前比较差异显著P<0.05,且观察组患者护理后的血压、血糖水平均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的治疗有效率为92%,对照组为76%,组间差异具有明显统计学意义,P<0.05。结论加强老年糖尿病合并高血压患者临床期间的综合护理干预和保健有助于患者疾病症状的改善和生活质量的提高,对于促进患者的康复具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical prevention and health care measures of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension so as to provide effective data reference for their clinical treatment. Methods 100 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension treated in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2014 were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly divided into two groups according to coin tossing. Fifty patients in the observation group were enrolled in the study to enhance comprehensive prevention and control health care. Control group, 50 cases, routine treatment and health care, the intervention effect of two groups were compared. The data involved in the study were analyzed and processed by SPSS18.0 statistical software. Results After treatment, blood pressure and blood glucose levels decreased significantly in both groups, P <0.05 compared with those before treatment, and the blood pressure and blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The patients in the observation group The effective rate was 92% in treatment group and 76% in control group, with significant difference between groups (P <0.05). Conclusion It is of great importance to enhance the comprehensive nursing intervention and health care in the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension to improve the symptoms and quality of life of the patients and promote their rehabilitation.
