竞技体育是一项对人的身体素质和心理素质要求很高的运动,因此,人们在训练中特别注意运动员从成长到成才的年龄阶段力量大小、身体发育的研究对力量的发展有许多独到之处。但是对一个运动员的成长缺乏长远考虑,对运动员全面系统的成长研究不足,在运动训练中对早期运动缺乏正确认识,对全面发展贯彻不力,专项训练单调。一味以高强度刺激作为运动成绩提高准则,是极其片面的。为了尽快提高我校中学生的业余训练水平,有必要对中学生业余训练知识体系进一步探讨,力求创出教体结合新思路。
