目的:建立延胡索生品和炮制品中延胡索乙素含量快速测定的近红外光谱定量模型。方法:以HPLC分析值作为参照,采用傅里叶变换近红外漫反射光谱技术采集延胡索生品和炮制品的近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立延胡索乙素含量的快速测定方法。结果:生品和炮制品延胡索中延胡索乙素校正模型的相关系数(R)、校正均方差(RMSEC)、内部验证均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.99948、0.000722、0.00330和0.99625、0.00144、0.00474。经外部验证,生品和炮制品的预测值和真实值相关系数分别达到0.9773和0.9968。结论:该方法准确、快速、简便,可实现大批量样品的快速分析。
Objective: To establish a quantitative model of tetrahydropalmatine rapid determination of tetrahydropalmatine crude product and processed products by near infrared spectroscopy. Methods: The HPLC method was used as a reference, the near-infrared spectra of crude products and processed products were collected by Fourier transform near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and the rapid determination method of tetrahydropalmatine was established by partial least squares (PLS). Results: The correlation coefficient (R), RMSEC and RMSEP of cedilanol in raw product and processed product were 0.99948,0.000722,0.00330 and 0.99625,0.00144,0.00474 respectively. External validation, raw and processed products predicted value and the real value correlation coefficient reached 0.9773 and 0.9968. Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and simple, and can be used to rapidly analyze large quantities of samples.
